Sal Rabie

Sal Rabie serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Quadrant Health Group, bringing more than 15 years of accounting, financial management, and strategic leadership experience. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Long Island University, C.W. Post, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Prior to joining Quadrant Health Group, Sal spent a decade with a boutique accounting firm on Long Island, where he specialized in small business taxation and financial consulting. He later founded, owned, and successfully operated his own accounting firm for five years, leading a team of accounting professionals while providing comprehensive financial services to businesses across a variety of industries.

Throughout his career, Sal has developed extensive expertise in financial reporting, bookkeeping, payroll, tax planning and preparation, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. His experience includes preparing GAAP-compliant financial statements, serving on audit teams for both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, acting as an internal audit resource for companies requiring reviewed or audited financial statements, and representing businesses and individuals during IRS, state tax department, and Department of Labor audits. He has also served as a fractional Chief Financial Officer for numerous organizations, helping guide financial strategy, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.

As Chief Financial Officer, Sal oversees Quadrant Health Group's financial operations, ensuring fiscal responsibility while supporting the organization's continued growth and commitment to delivering high-quality behavioral healthcare.
