His expertise includes state and federal regulatory compliance, Joint Commission accreditation, payer requirements, and complex healthcare transactions, helping organizations achieve operational excellence while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Before transitioning into behavioral healthcare, Michael worked in strategic partnerships with the National Football League, where he developed a strong foundation in business operations, organizational growth, and relationship management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Business Law and has earned recognition as a trusted expert in healthcare compliance, frequently serving as an expert witness in legal proceedings involving behavioral health regulations and operational standards.
