Director of Clinical Analytics

Mary Multz is a seasoned behavioral healthcare professional with 14 years of experience in the behavioral health sector, including the last 8 years working in a corporate setting. She currently serves as the Director of Clinical Analytics at Quadrant Health Group, Inc., where she plays a key role in supporting clinical oversight, operational excellence, and quality across the organization. Her extensive experience at both the facility and corporate levels has given her a unique understanding of the intersection between clinical operations, compliance, documentation, and organizational performance.

In her role, Mary is at the forefront of using data and analytics to identify trends, strengthen operational processes, and support facilities in maintaining compliance and timely, accurate documentation. Her work includes conducting data deep dives, audits, and trend analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and areas where documentation or operational processes may create risk. By combining analytical insight with hands-on experience in behavioral healthcare operations, she works closely with clinical and facility leadership to develop practical solutions that support both organizational goals and quality outcomes.

Throughout her career, Mary has developed extensive experience in behavioral healthcare operations and clinical support, giving her a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities that exist at both the facility and corporate levels. Her leadership approach is rooted in collaboration, accountability, and a commitment to continuously improving the systems and processes that support both the people delivering care and the individuals receiving it.

Mary is deeply passionate about the behavioral healthcare field and the opportunity to help change clients’ lives for the better. She believes that individuals struggling with substance use and mental health deserve access to compassionate, high-quality care and that strong systems and processes play an important role in making that care accessible. She is committed to helping remove barriers to treatment and supporting an environment where clients and their families can feel confident that they are receiving the care and support they need.

Outside of her professional work, Mary enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, and continuing to grow both personally and professionally. She is excited to contribute to QHG’s continued growth and looks forward to working alongside facility and corporate leadership to drive meaningful, data-informed improvements across the organization.
