Marc North

Marc North has spent more than a decade serving the recovery community, beginning his career as a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) in nonprofit organizations. His frontline experience supporting individuals with substance use disorders built a strong foundation in recovery, leadership, and patient-centered care.

Marc advanced into leadership roles at Wellness Recovery Center of New Jersey, serving first as Director of Operations and later as Executive Director, where he led multidisciplinary teams, oversaw daily operations, and drove strategic initiatives that strengthened both organizational performance and patient care.

Today, Marc serves as Procurement Manager for Quadrant Health Group, where he oversees strategic sourcing, vendor partnerships, and purchasing operations across a multi-state network of behavioral healthcare facilities. His unique blend of recovery, operational, and executive leadership experience enables him to build efficient systems that strengthen organizational performance while supporting exceptional patient care.
