Colin McBride

As Vice President of Revenue & Billing, Colin McBride provides executive oversight and leadership to Quadrant Billing Solutions (QBS)—Quadrant Health Group’s in-house billing company. Colin led the development of QBS from the ground up, building it to meet the complex demands of behavioral health providers. Though QBS operates under the Quadrant Health Group umbrella, it functions independently with its own systems, leadership, and results-driven infrastructure. QBS remains Colin’s primary focus; however, he also plays a key strategic role across Quadrant Health Group, supporting revenue operations through clinical quality oversight, and admissions strategy across the organization’s growing network of facilities. With over a decade of experience in behavioral health, Colin’s background in direct care and facility leadership gives him a deep understanding of the challenges providers face—insights that now inform his leadership across Quadrant Health Group.
