Anthony Rasicci

Anthony Rasicci brings a unique combination of healthcare experience, personal recovery, and a deep commitment to helping others to his role as Director of Business Development at The Ohio Recovery Collective.

A Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Anthony spent ten years in cardiac nursing and is an alumnus of Franciscan University of Steubenville. Through his own experience with alcoholism and recovery, Anthony discovered a new purpose: helping others find their path toward healing and a life beyond addiction.

Since transitioning into the behavioral health field, Anthony has served in admissions, treatment advocacy, business development, and community outreach. His firsthand understanding of recovery allows him to connect authentically with individuals and families, meet people where they are, and help remove barriers that may stand between them and treatment.

Known for his hands-on approach and willingness to go above and beyond, Anthony leads with empathy, authenticity, and heart. He openly shares his experience, strength, and hope when it can help someone take that next step. His mission is simple: to help people struggling with addiction and mental health challenges find the support, resources, and opportunity they need to build a new way of life.
